£61 million is an absurd amount for a few people and its playing on people's greed.
A good idea is for every euro rollover take a few million out for the raffle draw, so for each rollover you get 4, 6, 8 etc millionaires.
so if it rolls over say 5 times you can then end up having 10+ millionaire raffle draws instead of the usual 2.
Of course the longer the rollover the more millionaire raffles there will be and still the main jackpot will still be quite large to entice the greedy people.
