Please note that we don’t recommend using the Rinseroo on a tub spout unless you can reduce your water pressure. You also need to fully attach it as noted in the directions. You didn’t attach properly. Try it on the showerhead instead. It will work well. For the sink, you need to roll the connector down onto itself for a snug fit as noted in the directions. Please read the directions carefully and try again. You may be pleasantly surprised at how well it actually works.
