it would be really cool if you added a vaporizer near the takeoff tunnel.
have it so its flowing around the hole to hide it and it would look just like a plane going into low clouds...not to scale but it would be a great way to hide the tunnel.
if you wax the modles and put a little heater in the tunnel it wouldn't even hurt the paint over time.
whats your cycle rate for the aircraft?
how long dose it take to take off and land...and where do they go?
if you have a loop where it takes off and lands on another runway that you should have plenty of time to evaporate any moisture...what little that could accumulate on the skin of the plane.
I'd cycle the air in the building with fans at the end of each day to remove any humidity.
im sure being an exhibit you have central air so it shouldn't be an issue.
