Is this for people who register before August 2023 cause most of us that register bef then can't seem to have access to my account

I can't seem to get past OTP validation section. Once I hit validate, it throws off error 500. I've been on this for days now preventing me from completing the process.

Error 500 is what i receive each time i input the OTP and click on validate, it's frustrating.

The default message I got was I should check the taxpayer section.

Taxpromax is done after, the normal TIN registration right?

But this process says it's for entity registered after 31st of August 2023. Kindly visit tax office for older CAC... This is not too good if it can't be made to be all inclusive.
