If there is a local farmer nearby that has sheep or goats, have him bring some of his animals over to the property. They'll get the vegetation under control quickly. And fertilize the ground at the same time.

What a beautiful house! Don't sell it! Make it your home 😍❤🇺🇦

The two of you with your creative ideas could make this place your own. Don’t give up hope, you have the talent to succeed.

Hi Pavlo and Luba, what a beautiful home with so much family history. Everything looks just as Luba's grandfather left it. TY for sharing with us.

It's abandoned, but it's like they just left for the day. So much is intact and like they are living there now! Thank you for sharing your childhood home, Luba!

It's obvious this holds a place in Luba's heart. When the peace comes maybe you can revive it? You're both young and able but then maybe the country life isn't right for you both at this time. Anyway please stay well and know that you have friends in the USA

Pavlo and Luba... don't let the task appear overwhelming. What you could do there in a day with a chain saw, mower, and weed eater. Pick one spot and start there. Be well and safe. I love you guys, your channel, the family and Big Jack. Good Luck and Peace for Ukraine!

This property will require some work, but I think it will be well worth it. Good to see you both.

Good to see a new video from you, love the house, and with a bit of tender loving care it would make a beautiful home. Take care.

You guys should make a home here!. It would be lovely. You can get a compost toilet for inside. You have water. There's many ways to make it drinkable. I think that you and Luba could make this your dream home. Be a lot safer for you as well. I am sure both your families would help you if you were going to live there. Good luck. I am excited and happy for you.

It will be a lot of work to clean and remodel the property but very rewarding too.

Wishing you good luck! Hopefully it is close enough to your jobs in the city and other family members.
Here in the USA we can Rent Goats that will clean up our dreaded evasive blackberry bushes. Maybe goats or a cow can help clean up the outside.
Having such a property passed down through the family is a rare treat. All the Best wishes to this young healthy couple ❤

That’s so cool. Lots of work, but it could be a wonderful place to live and raise a family.

Don't sell please. Pavlo, this is a beautiful place with so many possibilities. You are both young still and can turn this into a home away from home if you chose to live in the city.

I think I see pink Peonies flowers! I love those and planted some in my yard too. I remember this tour 2 years ago and find it charming house. It definitely needs some new paint, a little dusting and so on. Love that the textiles are preserved. Lovely. With the cellars, before refrigeration in USA we had spring houses that were like the cellar but a spring of cold water would run through the bottom and jars would be kept cold in the water.
