I worked at Bellagio for 20 years and left when Covid hit. In all the years I worked there all that food still looks the exact same!! There’s no way that buffet is or ever should be $75!! Thanks for the video, Ruby ✌🏻

I love your honest review. It seems like when most reviewers go to Vegas, they tend to lead you to believe everything is so Big and wonderful, and tend to sell the city, instead of being completely honest. You are plain refreshing!

Thank you for such an honest review! Other vloggers "love" everything. I've eaten at enough buffets to know not everything is good and most foods are not hot enough!

When Ruby was afraid to try the oysters, we all knew it wasn’t worth $75.

I remember when the RIO had the seafood buffet for $30 and i thought that was outrageous. $75??? Not a chance in hell.

This used to be an awesome buffet back in the early 2000s. $29 weekdays and $39 on weekends which included seafood like the Alaskan King Crabs. Sad to hear its gone way downhill and overpriced. Thanks for the review.

Loved the review Ruby! $75 is way too high for that selection 🤯

Hey Ruby, I live in Hawaii and we generally go by this rule of thumb with seafood. Fridays fish is fridays fish. Meaning it was caught on Friday and served on Friday. Saturdays fish is Fridays fish and sundays fish is Fridays fish. So, you were wise not to eat the oysters.

Hi Ruby. Great review. I was surprised the way the food was presented...in big serving dishes, not in warming trays. Lukewarm food doesn't work for me...especially for $75.

So happy for a real review!!! Too many will still recommend a buffet, almost like they’re hoping for sponsorship.

Thank you so much for the honest review!!! And honestly, without crab legs even being on the menu they shouldn’t be charging more than $50. Wicked spoon is cheaper and has crab legs for the lunch portion of their buffet and their choices are fantastic all around!!!!

I stayed at the Bellagio a year ago and passed on that buffet. Found other good places that was great and not charging $75.

We went at the Bellagio for the lunch buffet earlier this week and it had approximately the same things that you showed in your review. We had a 2 for 1 with MGM rewards so it wasn't bad but like you said in your review, some things could be better (variety and temperature). It didn't always looked fresh. Really enjoyed the pork belly and ribs too. I like an honest review.
We also hit Best Friends at Park and it was amazing. Finished our trip at Prime Steakhouse and it was amazing.

I was there with a friend last weekend on Saturday night and after going there for over 10 years once or twice a year I don't think I'll be going back. It was just not good. We also went to the Wynn Buffet on Sunday night within an hour of their advertised closing time, everything was fresh and hot and also a million times better tasting than the food we had the night before at the Bellagio. They also had more to offer, plenty of crab legs and desserts were much better for lower price than Bellagio. Just go to Wynn if you want to enjoy one of the best buffets in Las Vegas.

Great job with describing all the food. I think you nailed it and I feel like your talking points were excellent. I trust your opinion 100%

I remember eating at that buffet sometime in the 90s. There were people eating plate after plate of crab legs and nothing else. I saw one woman clean out the dessert bar of every last creme bruelee. There were almost too many choices. It was a whole lot cheaper, maybe 25 bucks. I'd love to go back someday.

A $75 dinner buffet has to wow me with pretty much everything it's offering, especially now that decent buffets for $20-30 are a thing of the past. I recently heard quite a few people saying that the especially the buffet at Bellagio went downhill. Looks to me like they overstepped in trying to find out what guests are willing to tolerate and shell out after Covid. I hope this will be a general learning process within the Las Vegas industry that leads us to a healthy and happy middle.

Geez, I remember when their $25 buffets were considered expensive. Las Vegas used to be about $2 buffets! No buffet is worth $75, unless it's caviar and edible gold.

Some hots, some misses. But for $75 a plate everything on the menu should be a home run. Thanks for your honest review of the buffet. Looking forward to your next video.
