Just when I think The Next Day can't get any better... the first time I heard this song, it blew me away. It's both an immense shame it's not more readily available to stream, and great that there are Bowie masterworks tucked away on bonus CDs and little-watched YouTube videos for the dedicated and curious to find. Still can't quite believe we're living in a world without Bowie. His legacy is comforting, though.

Most people here seem to agree that "So She" had no business being a bonus track and that it is one of the best songs on The Next Day. I'm in that camp too. Most hard-core Bowie fans probably bought the CD with the bonus tracks (Plan is also very good) so it's more of a technicality that it's not on the album. Plus, with so much music now available independent of albums, it's easy to hear these kinds of songs. Still, as a purist, So She should have been on this album :)

At only 2.30 minutes it seems strange this wasn't included in the regular release.

I heard this song when it came out, I was only 8 and my mum got me an ipod touch a couple years earlier in 2011, for some reason I didn't use it for music, until my mum accidently got this song on my ipod and I listened to it all the time for the majority of that year. Since then I had forgotten about it until about a month ago, then I found it again and I am so happy. The only drawback is that it isn't on Spotify because it's a bonus track, which is a real bummer.

BEAUTIFUL SONG IN ALL ASPECTS. IN MY MIND..I TRY TO GUESS...WHO IS "SO SHE"...I MAY BE OFF TRACK WITH THESE THOUGHTS..AS IT SEEMS THAT MR. BOWIE NEVER GOT IN DEPTH EXPLAINING THE MEANING OF A LOT OF HIS SONGS...IS THERE IS A PARTICULAR WOMAN HE IS REFERENCING HERE WHO IS " SO SHE"..AND THEN AGAIN MAYBE NOT....THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A MAIN TRACT AND LONGER...I ALSO VERY MUCH LIKED THE SINGLE, NO PLAN...THAT ONE BROUGHT TEARS TO MY EYES....BOWIE, THANKS TO HIS CATALOG OF SONGS WILL BE REMEMBERED FOR A LONG TIME!❤
