I turn injuries on it’s realistic and makes you focus more on depth but injury frequency sliders are down to 15/15 so it’s not crazy

Nice new series! I’m also doing franchise with the Sharks, but I’m doing the opposite of a rebuild. I brought back Pavelski, Thornton, and Marleau. Making one last run at the Cup with the gang together.

Yo sleeves man, I'm starting a franchise mode myself and was gonna follow your tips. However I'm wondering why would you fire all your pro scouts? I find that sometimes while doing trades or signings I like to see how the player fits on my squad & without pro scouts you can't see that
