Ive been using this phone for past six months. I believe its a perfect phone for this price. A good camera, decent processor, fast charging, headphone jack and optimized performance. Cant complain more, as they are giving flagship experience at a decent price. Now, received the Android 13 update too, so no performanc issues too.

Some might think yes, better go for the Poco F5 given its price. Consider that, Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus is designed for those who loves more photography or the ones who wouldn't even game at all.

I agree to the key points stated in this video.

Target markets, have their separate preferences on which category to focus on. Better gaming experience is not for the Redmi lineup.

Personally, having used Poco and Redmi devices, the latter offers more stability. Redmi offers more under-the-hood features than the Poco devices has.

The bottom line, if one feels the need of better gaming, Poco F5 will be a no-brainer.

If you hate miui, you will hate miui for Poco even more. The Poco launcher is objectively rubbish compared to miui launcher.

I bought it yesterday accidentally for $400. The camera is amazing! I'm surprised it was much better than Realme 11 Pro Plus and what's more - it has jack built in. Realme - has the looks, but Xiaomi really focuses on a lot more crucial things in a smartphone, with a heart.
