These how-to vids are gold. I wish more creators could explain this clearly. Of all the YT car, "Senseis, " I like you the best. Clearer than Chris fix. Far less annoying than Scotty Kilmer.

Great tutorial! Just want to note one thing: there is a bad batch of eBay harnesses, mine (and others on the forums) had OBD1 pin B3 (pink) in wrong place. It should be one slot to the left, B1. This is the injector ground. I was getting crank but no start until I fixed that.

Godsend for this. I'm doing this conversion for a D series VTEC motor, but the concepts are all the same. Many videos for this on YT but they seem to be hillbilly edited, put together, and explained. Yours is great, thank you!

For everyone wanting to do this conversion for the cleanest result. Don’t cut your You can de-pin every plug and change the plugs over to obd1. Without ruining your harness or having to solder.

The only wires that will need to be soldered is the 4 for the new o2 and the 2 for the vtec solenoid and pressure switch and 1 for knock sensor. Single cam motors 92-95 don’t need knock sensors

The only time you’ll need to cut wires if you’re doing a dpfi to mpfi on obd0

Automatics can also do the mpfi swap into Efs as well non vtec and vtec

A stock d15b2 crx dx bottom end with 1.6l zc non vtec cam slapped into the head converted to mpfi and a pm9 ecu header and short ram will hold its own against a stock crx si. It will pull from it on take off

And a d16z6 conversion with auto p28 ecu holds its own as well

While autos aren’t the fastest there’s a bit of fun to be had for those who don’t want to drive manual or can’t.

The combinations of errors of these ebay harnesses is crazy.there is a bad batch scenarios where sensors are pinned in extreme wrong places and missing wires..in my case my 1st ebay ecu jumper harness cyp and ckp came out with the wires being pinned wrong.and missing a alternator wire 5v reference..i bought a 2nd one and that one was worst.so i took a wire out of it to install into my first harness which was alternator signal wire b5 to a16

Phew... Glad my customer sent me this! He's on it! I thought the additional wiring was for radio when I read them. Lol damn conversion came with no basic instructions, like wire indication.

no need to swap injector clips. you can use your obd0 injector clips on an obd1 injector. you just have to trim the inside piece. a lot cleaner this way
