Sujoy, Good video. However, I want to point something out . Your problem about 100 r tripling has the answer of 11.52 years. However, note that the interest was compounded yearly. Thus the interest is compounded after 11 years and then after 12 years. Since in the middle of year the interest does not compound, the answer should be 12.years. Because at 11.52, the money is the same as after 11 years.
