Why would you even care if your mediocre meal is one or two hours fresher… it’s a huge hassle if every passenger ordered a special meal because it’s „fresher“ and not because they actually need it; so don’t be that guy-
When they’re counting they’re only counting…the person at the emergency exit either already paid for their seat and acknowledged their duty or someone a row away got seated there, if empty, a while ago.
And ( most) airlines they DO wash the blankets, otherwise that would be disgusting…I’d clean that seatbelt though
