55-year-old Man Arrested For Taking Upskirt Photos of Women at Walmart

Police in Henrico County, Virginia arrested 55-year-old John Wiggins after he was caught red-handed using a cellphone to take photos up a woman’s dress at a local Walmart. One victim told police she became very uneasy when he bumped into her in the middle of the store and pretended to drop something in the store. She said Wiggins dropped a box of pasta on the floor as a distraction – and as an excuse for him to reach down to get closer to the floor and into the perfect spot to snap a pic. After the incident, the woman's husband followed Wiggins around the store to try to catch him in the act -- which he did and he snapped this pic Wiggins, who's a teacher's aide, taking a photo up the skirt of an unsuspecting female shopper.

Stupid thing to do with a skirt like that on then again you go to a local night club you see it every time and the police don't get in involved.
