I just bought Warno so this is great! I love how the Army General mode is like playing a tabletop modern wargame.

One thing ive realised, but perhaps this is more down to my play style, is to always pair rocket artillery and hq units, the rocket artillery can smash entire battalions on their own so are very effective in attacking defended objectives, but are so supply intensive that they need the extra logistics from the hq battalions

Been playing warno since the beginning of early access but I never played army general before, so this is very helpful 😅

My only objection against the current AG, that it allows only allocate a single airplane unit. As long as a sq. contains many times only strike or only fighter or maybe SEAD this is close to useless. Against a well defended enemy which has SAMs your AG planes are useless and in other case why would you use the SEAD planes if you are perform only CAP...?

Do these General mode games really only get 12 turns and that's it?
This seems super limited...
