You should be able to swap the camera out of the damaged tailgate along with the wiring harness out of the tailgate

Saw a guy put 6 50lb bags of concrete in the back of a ridge line and the weight of the bags split the inside of the bed from front right to left rear on the inside

Nice progress; remember, that bed is aluminum. Clean any steel from it, and sell the scrap aluminum for cash.

Twice the saving on the bed, good price and no need to paint. By the way, is the damaged bed tailgate salvageable?

In my area the tailgate, tail lights bumper and bed that are new takeoffs are about in the 2200 to 2500 range, but that price you gt all that for is a steal, and if that colour on the truck and bed is the same paint code that the truck is that's is a real score as you shouldn't have to do any painting other than to the main part of the truck... which could save you even more time and money. Sometimes a drive is worth it if it can save you a a whack of cash, every dollar you can save is another dollar you make on the flip, and that is the goal in a flip to make a decent profit to cover all the costs and your time. And a 100 bucks for a front bumper, and a headlight for 150 that's a score ... shame about the Fender, but it goes like that

Everybody rags on the aluminum, Fact is, yea it tears, but in the instance a vehicle gets hit that hard, a steel bed wouldn’t be salvaged either, the aluminum gave and it probably saved frame distortion...
