Don't forget a emergency contact list--any phone numbers of vendors, wedding party people, transportation in case something happens and you need to get a hold of them. Sometimes we don't always have that in our phones and it's nice to have a paper copy in case you're busy getting your hair done and don't want to move and you can just have the contact list in a frame sitting out and can ask your bridesmaid to call someone for you. Just an idea.

If your vows are on a google doc you don't even need to worry about printing them out- in a pinch you can write them from the google doc on the day- stick a bridesmaid or ya mam on it if you are busy getting ready, or just read off the phone at the altar- it's better than not having them.

One more tip for the men who are not watching this 😄… ladies remind your future husband on your wedding day to get his wallet to somebody most likely his mother.. Man in a beautiful tuxedo does not need a pocket bolt where his wallet is… however if you were going to a hotel after work chances are you will need your license and credit card to check in…

Can you explain or even do a video explaining the marriage license thing? Like what exactly do you do with it at the ceremony and why do you need to bring it? I feel stupid asking but I don't really understand.

If you travel to your wedding (destination wedding), #8 is not going to work; knife on plane is a no-go! As for #10, I tried the envelope system and preped really great tips for vendors... I recommend that you wait on tips if at all possible. I got stiffed by the photographer (she didn't bring a second person to take photos, her 'photo edits' were terrible since the photos had trash cans and junk in the backgrounds, and she was bad-mouthing my wedding choices to the videographer right in front of the virtual set up for some friends/family to "attend"- she noticed and slammed the labtop closed according to someone attending. My point is she got a very good tip from me and I deeply regret that! I had prepared the money ahead of time in envelopes and had an out of town wedding so I didn't want these payments looming. Tips can always be given later. Of course, my husband lost his phone on a mountain a few days before the wedding so I couldn't coordinate it with him. If there's a way to tip virtually later, once everything is confirmed and you received the final products, I would do that... There's a very deep frustration for having given a very good tip to somebody who let you down so drastically!

Love the idea for the pre-packed suitcase, thank you! 🧳 I mean, I do the same for vacations, so why not for my wedding?! 😂
