Worms Armageddon Anniversary Edition is coming to Nintendo Switch, PS5, PS4, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S on 26th September!

Worms Armageddon is back! It's been 25 years since everyone's favourite intrepid invertebrates flung themselves onto our screens. Travel back to 1999 and experience all the hilarity and madness you know and love along with some modern improvements and touches.

So excited for this! I played Worms Armageddon so much I was banned from the internet as I racked up a mad bill on our dial up 😅 sticking the CD in our cd player and hearing the chronicles of Boggy B, goosebumps all over.

I've been a fan of the series for almost as long as its existence. I would absolutely pay for a museum and interviews, so I find it really disappointing that this is exclusive to a console release since I don't have any consoles.
To be perfectly clear, I'm not asking for the game to come to PC. I obviously know it's been on PC since 1999. What I don't understand is why there's seemingly no plans to release this new content anywhere other than on consoles

I vote for a new Worms game next year! 30 years aniversity since the very first Worms United! I hope a new game can focus on many new features!
- Time trials
- Bigger maps
- Big rope races (live races)
- Rope games, (shopper, wxw etc.)
- Fun schemes, team plays
- Tournaments
- eSports
- Updates (maps, extras, etc.)

Add a sensible anti-cheat, ranked games with scheme rotation every month, ladder (1v1, 2v2, 3v3), skins for worms, more weapons and a perfect Worms game. Like W:A 2.0.
