Here's another mod idea: The stalker. They are on the crewmate's side. They have an ability that when they stand still for 1 second, they go invisible for 10 seconds.
Edit: The imposters also have this ability to go invisible so when a crewmate sees someone go invisible, they don't know if they are on the crewmate's side or one of the imposters
