If you’re having a problem with one side coming up and the bottom of the other, the fix for me was to put the redstone torch on the side of the block not on the ground

Observers under the black carpet detect the door opening and send a signal to a flush 1 wide 5 long trapdoor in the ground witch then in detected by another observer witch triggers a triple piston extender to switch the bookshelves position and then the pistons go back double into the ground is another technical way you could do it

Place a lectern instead of the slab and pressure plate with a book on it. I looks more like a work table and is actually a bit more useful.

bookshelfs are moving first right and hidding left portion and when left so hodding right portion the big room is divided by a wall of bookshelfs

At 13:35 the redstone doesnt go towards the block, it curves towards the sticky piston does anyone know why, Ive tried everything.
