You say SSD is limited to Gen 3 so why does the SSD you remove and show say Gen 4 on the label?

Can you upload with sound throughout the whole video. Trying to figure out where the memory is (or if it can be upgraded) and sound cuts out half way through.

for this price point... its great as first laptop for my kid to learn and play some roblox. No issues and problem, big screen and no lagging. In future not sure, will see couple of years down the road. I believe 5 years down the road 8G ram is not sufficient and could be eliminated and there is no upgrade option. However for this price point I can easily refurbish/sell this laptop and get a new one, no issue.

Rizen CPUs lose a good chunk of performance by being limited to single channel- it's beyond me why they made such a simple mistake in an otherwise excellent budget laptop.

Cheap, cheap, cheap. No Ram upgrade, no second SDD slot😝. Poor performance, use for 2 years, dispose & buy NEW one 🤑.
