I work with a channel like this:
First, I upload different videos with descriptions but no titles.
Then, later, I start naming them by moving the old title (given automatically by the camera) into the description. This helps me not to get confused and upload the same video twice. And if I accidentally do this, it's much easier for me later (precisely thanks to the automatic title) to check and delete the re-uploaded video.
