That yard is so small! I didn't realize how small it was. Your telling me Karen's screaming didn't wake them up. The bright flashing lights didn't wake them up? Jen didn't run in while on the phone with 911 to get Brian? He's a first responder. I don't care how deep of a sleeper you are, Chloe would've been barking with all the commotion and lights flashing. Thanks for taking that drive. Plevin said it was possible to do in 4 minutes. There's no way. He assumed she was driving fast and running lights. 🤦‍♀️

Great video, for those who says she is guilty, what amazes me, is their contradiction, she was so drunk she hit him, she also was so drunk she was able to drive in reverse perfectly and then get home and erase the video call him all night to cover her tracks, then forget where she left him.. On and on.

We know that Karen was not separated from her phone when it connected to the Wi-Fi at One Meadows at 12:36 am because she was leaving John an angry voicemail as she entered his garage and exited her vehicle. Her high heels can be heard clicking across his garage floor as she is leaving the voicemail and entering his house. In the first trial, Adam Lally said in his opening statements that Karen hit John with her Lexus at 12:45 am, and then Lally's own digital forensics expert, Officer Guarino, testified that her phone connected at One Meadows at 12:36 am. Now, Hank Brennan is insisting that Karen hit John within two minutes of 12:30 am, and that John was in her car prior to that time. That contradicts the statements of three witnesses in the F-150 who were parked behind her, from at least 12:23 am until right before she left, and who said she was alone in her car throughout that time.
The WAZE app John used for directions gave his arrival time at 34 Fairview as 12:24 am because that app uses a monotonic clock that is three minutes ahead of the display/wall clock used for recording steps and stairs. John's iPhone shows that he took 80 steps and 3 flights of stairs between 12:21 am and 12:24 am, then recorded no more steps until someone took 30 steps with it from 12:31 am to 12:32 am and then turned his phone off. If John was in the car with Karen until 12:30 am, as Brennan suggests, her iPhone should show the same steps and stairs as John's. Does it? Of course not!

I counted so many cameras, including the traffic light cameras along the way. Why doesn’t the investigators have any footage of her driving to John’s? We all know why. It would hurt their case

Regarding the wifi connecting earlier than at the house, my car has wifi and my phone ALWAYS stays on my cars wifi until I turn off the car in my garage. My phone will then switch to the house wifi. My car is a 2022, I'm not sure about the year of Karens car, but I'm guessing the same would apply to hers. My prior car was a 2019 and it was the same. My point is, she most likely stayed on her cars wifi until she was BACK AT JOHNS HOUSE and when she shut her car off, it connected to the house wifi. So it didn't connect any earlier than being at least in his driveway and/or garage! This means, she was at John's house at 12:36 and there is NO WAY for her to have hit him at 12:45 am.

Jen McCabe said she saw Lexus out front looking out a clear storm door. Saw it move 2 or 3 times but somehow missed a big black SUV go in reverse fast and hit JO? She is looking out during the time supposedly KR "hit" JO? What????

The money wasted on the stupidly overcharged case is crazy. Karen is blatantly innocent. The county money should have been spent on infrastructure. Road repairs.
