I used to work at a vet clinic. One time a greyhound came in who hadn't been able to poo for days and had severely impacted anal glands. We picked him up to lift him onto the x-ray machine to check if he had an impaction. Unfortunately I was picking up the back end, and I must have put pressure on just the right spot... To save you the details, I was never able to wear those scrubs again and I'll never look at a greyhound without a thousand yard stare...

My own poop story,
Me and my mom were going to pick up our new dog. We had heard he was a bit crazy, from my aunt who was keeping him at the time. We were sort of looking for a new dog, as our old dachshund had passed away. This worked out for everyone anyways, since if we hadn’t taken him in, he would’ve had to go back to the shelter. So we meet him, he’s insane and really sweet. We load him into the car, and he had a bit of car sickness. So as we were driving back (6 hours) he went down to the floorboard of the car where my feet were. I feel a warm liquid being sprayed onto me, and before I knew it he had peed, pooped, AND thrown up all over my legs. Being seven and someone who loved animals, I was reasonably horrified.

Another dog poo story:
My dad’s old dog Patches, was a really good dog, but got really exited. Whenever she went in the car, she would run from window to window (in a circle) the whole time. One day, she went in a car ride in my dad’s sister’s car. That day, she had serious diarrhea (you can probably guess what happened). Patches was sprinting in circles around the car with diarrhea flying out of her. The car got covered. My dad’s sister tried everything to get the smell out, but it never came out. 💩

My grandma's late dog got loose one time and ran straight to the neighbors yard. The neighbors had had a bunch of horses, which means their yard was full of horse manure. She rolled in that manure like there was no tomorrow. She was a Shi- tzu, so it was a good thing my grandma had just given her a hair cut.

My dog once ate his blue blanket, his poo was blue for a few day. my mom and I went to the pet store with him and he did the doggy squat.. my mom ran out as fast as she could, but it was to late- there was a trail of blue poo leading to the door. And at one point the blanket was sticking out of his uh- you know. (And it wasn't just regular blue, it was a light yet bright, blue)

One time my dog pooped on the ground and the mess was tolerable and easy to clean or it WOULD have been but our Roomba smeared it all over the house.

So this isn’t a dog poo story but a lizard poo story. So I have a bearded dragon named T-tar, and he had eaten a part of the mat in his cage. My mom was holding him while on the phone with the vet about it, and in the middle of the call, he just pooped right on my mom. I laughed so hard the day. And that’s now the only time he pooped on a person, in fact he has pooped on three people.

I was woken up in a cold sweat from a scary dream. I just stared at the ceiling trying to comprehend what had happened. I slept in a loft bed with my dog, so I bent over to see if he was still there and saw the BIGGEST turd 💩 I’ve ever seen! My mom usually takes him out to go to the bathroom, I guess she forgot.

I'm a former owner of a black lab/malamute mix and holy crap (pun intended) the number of times I had to clean poo out of his crate after being out of the house was insane. And with how big he was there was always a ton of it. Definitely one of the few things I don't miss about him lol (Incase you're wondering his name was Jet and he was mostly black but with white paws and chest, a few white hairs at the tip of his tail, and what I liked to call his old man beard 😂)

Interesting dog poop stories eh? Allow me to regale this tale!😊 when i was ten, my first puppy somehow gained access to our kitchen when we were not home and drank a whole pan of sunflower oil my mom left out to cool. It was a lot of oil. Before we came back, he decided that our house needed a new touch of brown. It was horrendous! There was poop EVERYWHERE! Luckily tho, he was alright and this has turned into something we all laugh about now.
