My Top 10 Female Goth Bands

Just a list of some of my favorite female fronted Goth bands. This list will include traditional Goth Rock & some Deathrock bands.Part of the reason why I made this list was because whenever I looked up "Female Fronted Goth bands", I'd only see Symphonic Metal bands (Nightwish, Within Temptation, etc.) so I thought a list with some actual Goth rock oriented bands would be a good change.

So no, you won't be seeing bands like Nightwish or Evanescence on this list, this list will contain straight up Goth rock or Deathrock oriented bands. Hope you enjoy!

One of my personal favorite female lead singing goth bands is All About Eve.

"End of the Day" by All About Eve uses incredible "droning" guitar sounds to create a dark atmosphere.

You sir have a great taste in music! It's so rare to come across people with great taste nowadays :(

Siouxsie last for me and of course switchblade symphony #1 but I'm obsessed with them. I love the shroud, some are their best songs are not on youtube= / Other than that I love the rest of your list. Very good taste.

If Eva O. is your #1, I would have gone with her original band, Super Heroines. Another good band is 45 Grave. BTW glad someone finally mentioned Siouxsie & the Banshees.

I've always had more of an interest for the female vox when it comes to Goth and Darkwave music. It's more sensual.
