The team behind this movie made sure to do their research, as the date of the "talent show" was 2008, the same year this song actually came out. I'm glad they made sure they didn't pose like a 2012 song for a event that happens in 2008

Can't think of another animated movie or really any move atm that made me cry and laugh like this movie did. So much emotion and the message as a whole was so good. Relationships are hard but they are so worth fighting for. Even if you gotta listen to T. rex monologues and abouT screwdrivers and pine cones. Or eat cupcakes that look like your face lol. It's all to see them smile and to have friends for life. There were so many parts that hit me in the feels both in a sad and funny way they did so good with this one 10/10 imo
