"Fring didn't use mules...didn't need to. For twenty years he built his own distribution. He had sixteen refrigerator trucks moving his product. You don't like paying twenty percent? Maybe you shouldn't have killed the guy."

Always loved that line.

Gus made one tragic mistake. Hiring Walt. Gus first told Walt: "I can't work with someone with poor judgement..." Gus should have stuck to that assessment. Walt was brilliant but not a professional.

Mike was low key the wisest man on the show. I know he ended up dead and all, but no one can be perfect in thought and action all the time.

"It's less than with Fring."
Yeah, AND you had super lab pumping out 200 pounds a week.

The level of respect Mike had for Gus was truly lovely.

I love the foreshadowing of the train robbery. It's almost like Walt was trying to prove that he was Jesse James

Mike was 110% right. Walts arrogance should be a testament to us all. Doesn’t matter how smarty or successful you are, you can’t just shit on people forever... most of the time

My favorite line from Mike besides "no more half measures walt"

i feel like only a few actors of jonathan banks' caliber could deliver this badass line without it sounding cheesy

You mean the guy that shot Lincoln didn't become the next Lincoln?

Walt was foolish to think that by killing Gus that there wouldn’t be any consequences affecting him.

Y’all in the comments are acting like Walt proved him wrong but he really didn’t... he may have killed Gus but at the same time his empire failed, his secret got revealed, his family hates him, and the Nazis took all his money. At least he has his legacy I guess

The only reason Walt is butt hurt about this money is because of his expanding greed. That is literally enough money to let his son and daughter do almost anything he wants.

Mike was right, Walter never better than Gus in the business. Gus created the empire and mantained it for many year while Walt did the same thing and felt quickly in less than 1 month, Gus controlled his emotion to achieve success while Walter let his ego destroy everything.

This was a hit for Walter's ego, I think it's a big part of why he eventually killed Mike
