I did everything! Covid has sent me back home from college, and I have spend my time getting into watchmaking! I have never owned a watch worth more than $50, but I picked up some old movements from a local estate sale, and I just finished my first build! A Felsa 690 automatic movement. I hope everyone is staying safe!

This would also be a fantastic watch for anyone who does any boating in their time. Tides are important when leaving or arriving in different ports. The depths of the water can be crucial information and the moon phase has effects on the currents which are equally important to know when sailing. Anyone who sails and has to pay attention to these things are aware of the publications available to mariners for navigation but the moon and tide feature on this watch is definitely an interesting feature to have on this G-shock. Excellent review Jody. Always look forward to your next video.

Just got the limited edition DW5600 NASA21 NASA collaboration to celebrate 4oth anniversary of the space shuttle first launch.
Doesn't retail outside the U.S. so its $140 price tag jumps with reseller mark up, import duties to UK and postage to $325.
Its a beauty tho!

My current GX56 G-Shock has the stealth negative panel, oversized buttons in red, stainless back and fantastic screwfit double pin buckle. Gym, poolside, beach watch.Love it.

Just signed up for the Tempoprima newsletter. I dont currently own a Gshock but have actually toyed with getting one with the tidal indicator. I used to be in the US Coast Guard and it brings back a lot of memories. Knowing high and low tide was very important back in the day.
