I had a 8th gen si with coil overs, intake and exhaust and it was a fun car but always left me wanting more. I upgraded to a Wrx and it scratched that need for more. The Wrx handles better and it’s definitely faster. However with a ct supercharger I believe the si could be faster, wouldn’t match the handling tho.

Before I boosted my 8th gen FBO 220whp was keeping up beating stage 1/1.5 wrxs. But once they do a downpipe and more aggressive tune they were a little too peppy might be able to top end them but be going way to fast at that point

Put a basic turbo kit on that 8th gen at 12psi and it won't even be a match! And for a fraction of the price of the STI.#HONDAPOWER

This is odd .. from 65-99 took Yal 13 sec I have a 2.0t sonata takes me 7 sec from 65-100 didn’t expect that at all .. great footage tho

That wrx so slow lmao. Turbocharged 2.5L engine, AWD, and stock 265 HP on paper compared to 8th gen si only 197hp on paper. I personally own 2 WRX's im just saying it should be faster than the SI if both are stock.
