Instead of exams or physical tests, they draw a single card from a box—red means two years of mandatory military service, black means you're free to walk away. It's a system driven by pure chance, where futures are decided in an instant, and the entire room watches in silence as each card is revealed.

there are 2 choices. You can do ROTC, or be drafted. easy choice. unless you have personal issues like diseases, or colour blind and etc
