You aren't alone. I LOVE Angel Elixir. It smells so feminine, just a beautiful floral. I don't find it similar to Alien Goddess or Black Opium at all. Definitely signature scent worthy for me if I had one 😊 Enjoyed hearing about these!

I bought a travel size of Angel Elixer and immediately purchased the 100ml after wearing it. I really like it, its very similar to Donna Born in Roma INTENSE which i also bought. Both are creamy qhite florals that i love!

The montblanc one is so unknown but its a beast!!! It projects like crazy and the scent is really unique. It's definetely a great signature scent

Thank you for being the first fragrance reviewer to not rave about Montblanc Signature and helping me see that my nose isn't broken. Like your experience, it was nothing like what I expected and I even got upset with all the reviewers who made it sound so orange-creamsically magical. I just got annoying gardenia-ish powder. Maybe I needed more time with it but by the second wear, it was a scrubber for me. Hugs. 💛

I totally agree with not judging a fragrance by its notes. I recently purchased a Diptique fragrance that has Ginger in it which isn’t a note I like but I love this.

Oh my gosh I’m so happy you said that about tuberose!! I used to despise that note, but only in certain fragrances do I LOVE it and it was because i sampled! 💗

Somehow I have added 3 fragrances to my collection which all start with the letter 'J' ; Jardins de misfah, Jasmin rouge, and J'adore parfum d'eau. It's also snowing and still very cold here in Germany but with the hope of soon to be here spring, I am on a kick of floral perfumes!

I agree with signature.For me the hype was not representative.I think you should review perfumes from the house of van cleef apels.Precious Oud is so nice

My recommendation for soft vanillic musk... Victoria Secret Creme Cloud.... I'm not even a VS fan typically but I sniffed this on a whim one day and it stole my heart. It seems to still be available on the Victoria Secret UK site but it's sadly no longer available in Canada!
