Sir, my client was a complainant in trial court in sec 138 NI act, accused was convicted and sentenced thereto, accused filed an appeal before Sessions Court and the same was allowed, now what remedy is available to my client i.e Respondent ?? Either leave to appeal us 374(2)or revision in High court??..Please clear..Regards
