1. to restore from BackupGuard do you just choose "import"? (ahh i see under actions there's a RESTORE icon - so what's import for? a remote file on your C: drive etc)
2. how do you do a restore? (i guess it depends on files-only, database-only or both) - with a restore, do you have to go into MySQL or MariaDB and drop all the tables? - it's unclear to me, or do you have to delete your whole wordpress, install a clean wordpress, then import over the top of an empty/blank WP
3. kinda wish there were demos showing this!

I still use all in one WP migration and manually back up my site. I have tried updraft but when I needed to restore a site it failed me and wouldn't load it. All in one has never failed me. At some point I will try vivid and backup guard.
