I gave a IELTS exam in July 2023 . Since IELTS exam are valid for 2 years can i still use the same IELTS result for APS certificate and application for summer 2025

My APS has been verified and sent to my registered email address but my email address is not working and also not able to recover it because of loss of 2 steps verification. I have already sent many emails to send my APS Certificate to my new email address but they are not responding. Now I have only one option left to visit APS New Delihi Office and collect it. Is it possible to collect APS Certificate in person.
