Trip Report flying Iberia's New Business Class on the brand new A321XLR, from Madrid (Spain) to Paris (France)!
Iberia is the first airline to operate the A321XLR. This airplane has an incredible reach of up to 11 hours, allowing airlines to operate long haul routes that are not profitable for big airplanes. It regularly does flights from Madrid to North America, so this flight was for the pilots to familiarize themself with the aircraft.
Iberia's A321XLR is organized in a 1-1 configuration in Business, a full lie-flat seat, with direct aisle acess and 18 inches 4K touch screen. It feels like you have your own little suite with great privacy! My impression is that this gives the same comfort as on a widebody. What do you think? Share your thoughts in the comments!
