Connection was not established Xdebug 3 with PhpStorm

There are two ways to debug your PHP scripts in PHP. One is using zend_dubug and another is Xdebug.

Today I was trying to configure Xdebug 3 with PhpStorm and I was stuck at the "Connection was not established", error message.

# To check the list of services running at the moment
brew services list

# To restart the PHP
brew services restart php

This video illustrates the above and gives a visualization of the whole process that I did in order to fix the "Connect was not established" with phpstorm.
