He's not a quadriplegic he's using his arms.

How can move your arms if you are quadriplegic? Just asking not trying to be a dick. The whole quad part of that diagnosis kind of rules out the use of arms does it not.

So what does that mean? You have some but not all use of your arms like can't use your hands? Thanks
