You know, my memory may be bad because I read it 20 years ago, but I seem to remember reading the Long Hard Road out Of Hell by MM and he described Putesky as essentially worthless and talentless. That's from MM's point of view. However, it seems a good chunk of the early band material came from Scott/Daisy. Seems reality doesn't line up with events.

Twiggy's pic was in the album art for 'Portrait, ' but it was Gidget Gein who played on the actual recording (and wrote a good chunk of the songs).

When i was laying in bed the other night.Thats when i realised the enormity and INTEGREAL part this song ''WORMBOY'' WAS, IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE to the both ''sound'' and ''conceptual'' paradox that is ''ANTICHRIST SUPERSTAR''and that was just the demo!..Which i thougt souned as good as the album version!..''#the world shudders as the worm gets it's wings''.!..Such wild neitche inspired fuckin imagery!..And the opening guitar and bass hook/riff is done in six's as are most of the guitar parts!..I mean DAISY was a fab (if not a little robotic, which would come in handy later as his part in the recording of ''Mechanical animals''...I can honestly say that the bands guitar sound is unlike anything i've heard before or since. But ''wormboy'' is a t6echnical masterpiece''as is all of MM'S SONGS AND RECORDS EVER!....

Naw, Gidget Gein was the bass player on Portrait, it even says as much at the very bottom of the recording credits for the album, Twiggy joined after it was all recorded, but before it was released. For what it's worth, Gidget was the junkie too, Zsa Zsa Speck was only in the band for two shows, not long enough to become a big junkie.

@skoldfan Considering he wrote most of Manson's early music, I'd say he is the most amazing nerd in the world.

Crazy talk!!! Compare the bass lines on 'Portrait' (and all the prior Spooky Kids stuff) with the stuff Twiggy's done. Twiggy just doubles the guitar melody 98% percent of the time!

I always thought this song would've fit better on Portrait than Antichrist Superstar

@Darkshines324 Lyrically, Yes I agree with you. Musically, it sounds more Portrait to me.

@James Envy couldnt agree more... i hate that when fans blindly side with one person in the band just because they were the original, they needed zim zum and eventually john 5 to better themselves

sadly enough that Manson is a junkie himself these days...
