To start the day, she scans the sensor to retrieve all of the data from the night.
Entering meal information is a helpful tool to look at how we respond to certain foods in our diet. An ingredient or recipe that causes a spike in someone’s blood glucose may be stable for another. We each have unique responses to foods so using Veri to monitor this is important. Prioritizing foods high in fiber, protein, and healthy fats help to stabilize blood sugar levels while keeping you full and fueled for the day.
Tracking exercise is another way to learn how our bodies respond to different types, frequencies, and durations of workouts. Combining both cardio-based workouts with strength training or resistance training has shown cardiometabolic health benefits.
Another important metabolic health pillar is sleep. The Veri app tracks sleep duration and timing so you’re able to monitor that data as well.
You will receive a daily score out of 100 which is based on meal scores, meal timing, fasting window, sleep, and activity level for the day.
