lol, If this was a Legend of Total War video it would be 30 minutes longer. Not that thats necessarily bad but I am impressed by your brevity.

First tierlist from all games and all authors that I've seen - that last less than 10 minutes.

Huge less than 10 minutes))

Gorebeast chariot literally so bad it got forgotten for this vid. Can't really blame you - I don't think I recruited a single one my whole campaign.

I agree with most but the thing about the skull Canon is that he is actually designed to fight single entity not infantry however he is really good if he is able to get close enough to shot it down . So I would put niech right situation it can save your ass or against dwarfs be complete garbage 🗑.

I used Minotaurs army for my campaign and they were gorgeous. They not just win fights, but they deal damage so quickly, I can just send bloodthirsters to snipe enemy lords and every battle ended quickly and easily. Totally loved them.

I would love more tierlists like these, they are good especially if you are not very good in mp. Tierlists for Total war Warhammer II are also welcome since a lot of players have gone back to warhammer II (myself included)

I've been using skullcannon doomstacks in both my legendary Demons of Chaos campaigns and they are super powerful. You snipe single entities on approach and keep them together once you send them into melee. Lots of mobility, mass to push through infantry to stop archers and knockdown in their attack pattern + regen allows them to take on pretty much any amount of infantry the game can throw at them. OP in sieges, OP in field battles and half the cost of a Bloodthirster.

You must be talking about online battles because skull crushers and skull canons absolutely rock in campaign. Skull canons delete SEMs or towers on the approach and will push through infantry lines effortlessly. They’re actually really effective at getting into and disrupting missiles and unlike furies, won’t get deleted for doing so.

I’d say that the warriors are interchangeable with the bloodletters due to higher armor and shields making then very missile resistant. Minotaurs deserve to be higher up, their charging animation allows you to easily pull through the front line to attack the missiles and they hit hard. I would also personally put the skullcannon higher because it’s a sick unit and it’s the only missile unit Khorne has and it can regen its ammo

I like having a mix of Khornate Warriors and Bloodletters. The Warriors have a lot more staying power and take fewer casualties, with their high armor letting them keep their Frenzy bonus up as they soak up damage that would have hurt the Bloodletters while they build up Hellblade. The Bloodletters keep the Warriors healthy by chewing through everything afterwards, often times giving me decisive victories.

My most recent battle against N'kari was an army of 8 led by a Herald with N'kari and another herald having a full roster on Very Hard battle difficulty. 5 Khornate Warriors held the line totally while my Bloodletters followed up and began slowly chewing through the lines. To say that it was hectic managing that battle would be an understatement. They managed to hold on seconds before the battle losses and all of the Daemonettes started crumbling from army losses and lord deaths.

And there was also my favorite battle which unlocked the Against All Odds achievement. My Herald and unit of rank 0 Khornate Warriors, against a rebel army of full rank 4 Hellcannon, 2 Marauders, Marauders with Great Weapons, a Lore of Death Lord, and a unit of Marauder Javelins. Even surrounded, those Warriors never broke, letting the first summoned Bloodletters chew through the Javelins and Hellcannon, the Herald chewed through both the Marauders and damage the Sorcerer comfortably sitting in in the middle of the Warriors taking no damage, before finally getting the 2nd summon of Bloodletters off and finishing off the surrounding Marauders.

I love Skull Cannons, these things are really, really good in long Battles and if you want to hold a Point. Tanky, dealing severe damage, Endless Ammo and can hold a Line against Infantery. The Rest of the List is pretty good tho.

I sorta disagree with the idea that bloodcrushers are overshadowed by flesh hounds in campaign. Flesh hounds are super good for back capping cities, taking out large units, blitzing missile units, and gooning out of position units. Now bloodcrushers may be worse at all of those things since they have lower speed and a bonus vs inf, BUT they do take out infantry slightly faster which is what the enemy ai mostly fields. Most importantly though, they can take more of a beating than flesh hounds without losing models. In my opinion this is one of the most important things in campaign. The difference between routing a unit in 20 seconds versus 15 seconds doesn’t matter that much if the first loses 2-3 models while the second doesn’t lose any, if anything I’d say in that situation the latter is preferable. Especially since so often as khorne you’re fighting multiple battle per turn with the same army so you literally don’t have time to replenish. Now I’m not saying that bloodcrushers are better overall. If you told me I had to beat the campaign while banning one of those units I’d pick the bloodcrushers to ban but I do think that they sort of fit into their own niche of survivable cav.

Absolutely loving your short on-point videos.

With those Tzeentch Furies observing the whole thing, the AI is probably going to start turtling up against Khornedogs.

In a campaign I'm not going to be using cheap units for my armies though so gold value is a little bit of a moot point. I dont play on legendary though so maybe much more relevant there.

Please more. I'm having issues seeing what's good in TWW3 and this tier list is exactly the kind of thing I need! The runtime also makes me immensely more excited to have more faction tier lists like this.

I honestly think that the armour might be better than the speed in the situation that you are stuck in, mainly with the campaign, as Kislev will be your main opponent on the mortal side, as well as the empire, and blood letters will get torn to shreds by kislev Missiles, but when push comes to shove the new AI for Kislev does not run away its missiles, instead it stands still and takes your charge. This leads to the Chaos Warriors getting, while slower, ultimately a less damaging result. Furies are awesome at holding missiles in place, but if you go up against more than one army you just will need that armour. Thats my take on it, and if its because of upkeep I understand due to the special building that Khorne has in the northern region, right where N'Kari is.
