Does this DVB-T tuner still work in the likes of Berlin, even to get fewer channels? I understand there was a switchover to -T2/H.265 but does that mean DVB-T transmissions have stopped in that area completely?

Vivo en Costa Rica, ya instalé en mi Tablet la aplicación PadTV,
reconoce el dispositivo pero entre los paises no aparece Costa Rica,
probé con algún otro como Mexico y empecé a scanear pero nada, no
encuentra ningún canal.
Te cuento que aqui en CR si hay algunos canales en HD.
