Brunson is as good a guard you can get without being truly exceptional or elite.
Everyone knew this was the reality they were in for by signing him & missing out on getting Mitchell too. But it's better than being 6, 7games under. They're still missing that player that'll make it all come together. Who knows if they'll ever get him.

This is true. If you watch Knicks games, RJ and Randle have been absolutely atrocious, either defensively, offensively or both. Quickley, Obi have been really inconsistent. So yea, we basically lose more than half our games if it wasn't for Brunson.
