If there are two actresses, in my personal opinion who have the potential to personify a strong female lead in a action-thriller film it would have to be Michelle Monaghan (Mission: Impossible Franchise) and Lauren Cohan (Walking Dead and Mlle 22). They're both phenominal actresses.

At the beginning of this movie it says "There was a bombing in Istanbul" and they show it in a map as if Istanbul is in Saudi Arabia!
It is for me very disappointing that there was nobody in the movie crew to notice this for a possible correction. How low of an edication can they have not to see this?
The place shown in the map is S. Arabia and somewhere between Suval and Dabahan, about 2500 miles away from Istanbul (wich is located in Türkiye)
And Canada is a country of its own and not a city of USA. Some americans don't know this also. I saw that in a street reportage in america. You guys seriously need to check out your education system.

They filmed lots of dark corners and dark rooms and dark outside shots. They did not have budget for set design, that much is clear. But despite this, maybe the story and acting will be all right?

The most dangerous terrorist in the world is an Australian. Sure, not exactly ripped from the headlines, or remotely realistic, but Clarke is an excellent actor and I'm sure will chew the scenery with aplomb. Jai Courtney is cool and deserves more leading roles. Michelle Monaghan clearly watched Zero Dark Thirty, and why not, it's a good movie.

The Irma Vep movie was only good because it had Maggie Cheung. The show looks unbelievably stupid.
