Yes on the photo mats. Especially if it’s given as a gift. Sometimes the recipient might not know how or where to add their photos. Plus you’re still able to see some of the pretty paper.

Yes to the photo mats, you wouldn't necessarily have to glue them down, that way the recipient can decide, but at least it gives them an idea where to put the pics, plus, it breaks up the paper nicely! Love the folio, nice size and quick....two of my favorite things....LOL thanks for sharing!
