At St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, Florida the pandemic is peaking daily. Baycare Health System, the hospital’s parent company, now has about 1,200 Covid-19 patients, shattering its previous record of 700 last summer.

As a healthcare worker. I use to want to help people for a living and now I just dont care anymore. You're just a patient to me and if you have covid. I really dont have sympathy for you anymore. If you die, you die and pretty much the next patient I deal with is about the same. I dont get sad. I just brush it off. This pandemic has changed me and I really just hate people now.

Insurance companies need to make you pay the full amount of the hospital bills if you get covid and do not have proof of vaccination. No mandates necessary. No vaccination pay tens of thousands if you get sick. Pretty simple.

Here in Florida since 1966, always thought Aug 24th 1992 at ground zero during Hurricane Andrew was the worse. Now its seeing off to work each day my frontline RN girlfriend. Each time she enters Covid room, new protective gear must be worn and changed with exit . 1. 2 masks 2. N95 3. shield 4. 2 pair of gloves 5. full body plastic covering 6. foot covering, non breathable and most cover patients turn heat up. And not able to drink or eat, or use the restroom in gear. BRUTAL CONDITIONS . Her building has gone through 7 managers, that is common . Nurses are quitting, calling in sick, cant even give them enough money to come to Florida . Could sit here and read a book on the horrible conditions created by a sick minded Gov who cares less about people than his own power .
