Question:
How to copy & move styles & components in Figma from one file to another ?

Short Answer:
You can click on the component or style and then hold CMD + X on Mac (CTRL + X on Windows). Once you cut that component, you can go and navigate to another file & paste it using CMD + V (CTRL + V on Windows) .
