Condition 1 : According to the Gregorian calendar, a year is a leap year if it is divisible by 400. This is because the Gregorian calendar was introduced to correct the inaccuracy of the Julian calendar, which considered every year divisible by 4 as a leap year. The Gregorian calendar introduced an exception to this rule, where years divisible by 100 are not leap years, unless they are also divisible by 400.
Condition 2 : If the years that are not divisible by 400 but are still considered leap years. These years are divisible by 4 but not divisible by 100.
