Why does a year has to be divided by 4 and not any other number to see if its a leap year or not??

Your methods of dividing about 2022 is not correct. Dividing 4× 2022 : if divided by 4 then, 4×2022=4×5=20: remaining 22 again:- 4×5=20 now remaining 2 then put a zero then it becomes 20 so 2×5=20 no remaining, the world has makes a mistake and only I am genius in maths 😄😄😄👍.
