Hi there, thank you for the video, very helpful. I have a related question. We just bought a DS-K1T805MX. In ivms-4200, the door1 under the device does not show up as Access Point of the device. As such, we cannot select the door in the Access Group and cannot set up PIN in ivms-4200. Would you know what might cause this? Thank you in advance for your help!
