I think as he was getting rides he had already killed Gabby and he was hoping while he was gone she would be found and he would have the alibi he couldn't have done it because he was gone from the campsite BUT when he got back she was still there and so was the van and that is when he took van and left her. Also in his warped mind he felt if she was found while he was gone then he would have sympathy and support to get back home to Florida BUT since she wasn't found he felt his only option was to leave in van and use her credit card as it may have been in her name but as it has been said they saved together for the trip so he felt it was his money too spend and his only option to make a fast get away from Wyoming.

I'm not too trusting of fbi or law enforcement anymore but I think I'll give them this chance to do the right thing for Gabby and her family. I think they know but won't release until the "perpetrator" is in custody. Trust it. There is a valid reason for that. Be careful what you say in case he is reading the comments. After all what else can he do while in hiding.

Where’s the best hiding spot when everyone is looking for you? Right under everyone’s nose and out of sight but close to mom n dad! The parents have lead the cops, search teams, FBI and the rest of the internet world on a ghost chase….He’s hiding under his parents yard in a makeshift fallout or storm shelter that many homes in that area are known to have and even been a selling point back after Andrew came thru in the early 90s!!!!
Mark my post people, his parents have him hidden in a spot that most people only knows about if they have lived in FL for more then 25 years and paid close attention or have had built many of them storm and fall out shelters!
Why else would 2 parents be so calm, collected and non-shallot about a missing adult son that’s possibly responsible for his GF’s death…the last people to see him, talk to him, spend at least 24 hours with before his great Houdini disappearance and the parents were the ones who pointed Cops, FBI, Search Teams, Tracker Dogs and internet world in his last known supposed direction as well!
