Hey, Trevor. You know, you're on the verge of being ready to write a book. It won't make you rich, of course, but you should consider it. A labor of love, if you will. In the meantime, keep up the great work and we'll all look forward to your next video installment. Merry Christmas to you and your family!

I took Astronomy 101 in college and loved it! we got to use the college's big a** telescope during the semester. That was years ago. I recently got an itch to get back into this stuff (I do photography on the side). but these equipment prizes got me shook lol

Yes Trevor….Decon in Pixinsight made a big difference on my images….particularly on the star clusters where the Center of the cluster would otherwise look too “soft”.

You were my predominant inspiration to do this hobby from Milwaukee Wisconsin USA (same latitude as you) and bordel 8, with camera lenses, and star adventurer. You as so many pulled away with big $$ gear. Chucks Astro, and TAIC. I envy, but also enjoy simple.

I'm ordering an ASI1600 MM Pro with filter wheel and filters this week. Although not as good as the asi2600MM, it's still a very good choice if you don't have the extra 1000 dollars. Leaving in a Bortle 9 zone just forces me to do what is considered "advanced" - shoot narrow-band monochrome- as I have no other choice unless I want to be heavily frustrated. Watching Trevor's videos gave me a lot of hints about what equipment to choose, keep up the good work and clear skies.

I started shooting narrowband in novemeber for the first time with my 183 mc pro using the IDAS NBZ dual band filter. What a dream it is to play with narrowband data.
